I don't always eat breakfast because I'm not always hungry in the morning and I'm usually in a rush to go to work. I know I should but it's difficult for me. I eat fish at least twice a week and I probably eat too much red meat - I love pork and beef but I don't like lamb , I don't know why! I'd eat red meat every day but I know too much isn't good for me. Chocolate and cakes..., well I don't like cake but I do like chocolate, I have it about 5 times a week - not good really I know but I do lots of exercise - I play football twice a week, walk to work, ride my bike at weekends and I walk the dog every day too, so I'm very active and I smoked 20 cigarettes a day last year, but I stopped at the end of December but I probably drink too much alcohol!
